Allison serves as a Client Strategy Consulting Analyst focusing on Account Excellence on the Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team. CBRE’s GPS team actively manages client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.

In her role as a Client Strategy Consulting Analyst, Allison supports the optimization of corporate real estate portfolios through the development and implementation of tools, systems, and standardized reporting. Her responsibilities include account audits and scorecards, best practices deployment, ongoing and executive level client reporting (including QBRs), and oversight of internal and external reporting initiatives. Allison acts as a liaison for CBRE platforms, manages TransAct and Vantage setup requests, and owns dashboarding solutions—including transaction compensation and broker performance dashboards—to drive data informed decision making and performance management.

Prior to joining the GPS team, Allison began her real estate career at CBRE as a Field Research Analyst supporting the Northeast Ohio market. Before CBRE, she developed a diverse professional background across enterprise software sales and healthcare operations. As a Sales Development Representative at MRI Software, she supported pipeline development and client engagement for real estate technology solutions. She also served as a Medical Assistant and Business Solutions professional at Accent Dermatology and Laser Institute, where she drove process improvements, mitigated operational risk, and contributed to revenue growth through patient‑focused optimization initiatives.
