Sarah is a seasoned Transaction Manager on the Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team which specializes in global and national corporate real estate partnerships. CBRE’s GPS team actively manages client real estate portfolios for mid- sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.
Sarah began her career and honed her skills with a real estate investment and management company in Atlanta. There she managed acquisitions, sales, and refinances across asset types including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial flex before pivoting to focus on industrial portfolio management. Now with over eight years of experience in strategic real estate management, Sarah utilizes her broad knowledge base and expertise to advise and collaborate with clients to develop and implement creative real estate strategies that support corporate objectives.
