Associated Office
In 2022, Chris joined the Cincinnati Industrial Team to increase the prospecting bandwidth of the team. Focusing solely on tenant representation, Chris is tasked with representing multi-market industrial users in greater Cincinnati and across the country and growing the team’s national brand. Chris is excited to continue his proven record of success in the office sector and begin a new chapter as a dominant industrial broker at CBRE.
Chris joined the A&T Office group in 2014 after working in the Research Department for two years. Chris represented both landlords and tenants in leasing and sales of office properties in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. Chris enables his clients, owners, occupiers, investors and developers to make the most educated real estate decision possible by providing strategic consulting and transaction services that enhance value, reduce cost and manage risk.
Chris is on an eight-person team and is one of six brokers offering our real estate partners over 120 years of industrial brokerage experience. Our tenure in the industry, and the support of CBRE’s extensive service lines, mean our clients receive unparalleled support across the commercial real estate spectrum. Chris approaches each partnership and pursuit with excitement and a ‘can do’ attitude that there is always a path forward.
