Andrew Burns serves in the role of Associate within CBRE Southeast Multifamily. Mr. Burns represents institutional, high net worth, and private capital investors in the disposition of multifamily & BTR properties within the Greenville/Spartanburg MSA. As a naive of Spartanburg, SC, Mr. Burns possesses a unique combination of local knowledge of the Upstate, deep institutional experience gained on the CBRE Southeast Multifamily team, and previous experience with an Atlanta-based multifamily owner/operator. Since joining CBRE in 2019, Mr. Burns has participated in the sale of more than $12 Billion in apartment transactions across a wide range of product quality and ownership types.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Burns gained experience at the RADCO Companies for two years serving as a senior investment analyst within their capital markets department. He assisted in sourcing both debt and equity financing for RADCO’s $2 Billion nationwide portfolio.
