Pat O’Brien is a Senior Associate on CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily sales team, specializing in the execution of investment sales for middle-market and value-add multifamily assets across North and South Carolina. He collaborates closely with the broader Carolinas team to provide clients with strategic guidance on transactions, valuations, land acquisitions, and financing, while also delivering timely and data-driven market insights.

Before joining CBRE in 2025, Pat spent five years with Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group. There, he served as both an analyst and broker, focusing on value-add opportunities throughout South Carolina and select North Carolina markets.
