As a member of CBRE Southeast Multifamily, Kevin Kempf’s expertise is marketing multifamily assets for institutional and private clients in North and South Carolina. Additionally, Mr. Kempf handles multifamily land sale transactions and the capitalization of ground-up multifamily developments. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kempf focused on investment sales and capital markets for another national commercial real estate firm in Washington, DC. In just two years, he was involved in $1 billion worth of transactions and listings. Mr. Kempf’s past clients include Starwood Capital Group, Goldman Sachs, Berkshire, Charter Properties and Weinstein Properties.
Mr. Kempf began his career at Cassidy Turley in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Kempf is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member in the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.
