With a specialization in Class B and C multifamily assets, Tyler leads and supports transactions across primary, secondary, and tertiary markets throughout North and South Carolina. His comprehensive market knowledge and strategic insight enable him to deliver customized investment solutions for both private capital and institutional clients.
Tyler brings a decade of real estate experience marked by a strong analytical foundation and a proven track record of execution. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, where he was instrumental in expanding brokerage operations across South Carolina.
Since launching his career in 2015, Tyler has been directly involved in the sale of Retail, Medical Office, and Multifamily assets, giving him a well-rounded perspective across asset classes. His ability to navigate complex transactions and provide data-driven guidance has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the multifamily investment space.
