Richard Gore is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Carolinas Multifamily team, where he plays a key role in the firm’s middle market investment sales platform. Specializing in B and C class multifamily assets, Richard supports transactions across primary, secondary, and tertiary markets throughout North and South Carolina. His broad expertise spans all asset classes, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions for private and institutional clients alike.

Since beginning his career in 2015, Richard has been directly involved in the sale of more than 17,000 multifamily units, representing an aggregate transaction volume exceeding $2.4 billion. His analytical background and deep market insight make him a trusted advisor in the multifamily investment space.

Prior to joining CBRE, Richard launched his career as a Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group in Charlotte, where he developed a strong foundation in financial modelling and market analysis.
