Daniel Raynor is an integral member of CBRE’s Carolinas Multifamily Investment Sales team, providing a focus on multifamily land sales and development advisory. In this role, Daniel leverages extensive market knowledge alongside development and capital markets experience to curate the team’s multifamily land strategy and a tailored approach aimed to drive exceptional outcomes for clients.
His experience in the housing realm also extends to residential development and master-planned communities, often overlapping with multifamily uses. This perspective aids in the identification of highest-and-best use and a broker opinion of value, a common service offering provided for Carolinian landowners.
Building upon a foundational Master of Real Estate Development, Daniel has assembled a collection of experiences in the multifamily industry that shape his perspective and offering as an advisor. These experiences include land sales, investment sales, and capital market services, in addition to ground-up multifamily development and land acquisitions as a sponsor. Furthermore, Daniel has consistently focused on Carolinian markets throughout his career and pairs a multifamily sector focus with local market insights to drive results for a nationwide clientele. Prior to CBRE, he was a founding partner of a boutique real estate firm, NorthStar REI.
Daniel’s harness on multifamily development, capital markets, and local market intelligence allows him to assist throughout the life cycle of a ground-up development, spanning from site origination, capitalization, and new construction sales.
