He and his team accomplish these initiatives through the definition of current data, creation of benchmark measures, opportunity analytics, improvement implementation and finally through maintenance and consistent benchmark measures to secure best in class real estate outcomes. His team’s real estate transaction programs range from lease restructuring, surplus property dispositions, strategic acquisitions and relocations, M&A consulting, portfolio optimization, and other CAPEX and OPEX savings initiatives. Corbin’s team has proven to deliver these services, year-over-year, at a 14-to-1 Value-to-Fee ratio.
Corbin and his team serve as trusted partner to companies in a wide spectrum of industries—including ecommerce, logistics, manufacturing, energy sector, professional outsourcing, healthcare, insurance, telecom, textiles, automotive, banking, retail, building products, and diversified industrial products. In this capacity, Corbin and his team are responsible for over $1B in spend and manage ongoing optimization programs across more than 100 million square feet in over 60 countries.

Outside of work Corbin is happily married with one son and a dog. His family spends their time in community at church, skiing, golfing, hiking and are forever in pursuit of the perfect meal.
