Zach is a corporate real estate advisor of 6+ years and a member of CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. His team is one of a few designated hub centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of portfolio-centric transaction management and total occupancy acquisition programs to large corporate occupiers.
In his role, Zach specializes in a wide range of portfolio and transaction strategy initiatives that match the client’s real estate goals. He accomplishes these initiatives through the definition of market data, creation of benchmark measures, opportunity analytics, improvement implementation, transaction management, client portfolio strategy and various benchmark measures to secure best in class real estate outcomes. His team’s real estate transaction programs range from surplus property dispositions, strategic acquisitions and relocations, M&A consulting, portfolio optimization, and other net new lease acquisitions.
Zach has served as trusted partner to multiple Fortune 500 companies in a wide spectrum of industries—including ecommerce, logistics, manufacturing, insurance, automotive, banking, retail, building products, and diversified industrial products. In this capacity, Zach has advised his clients through complex real estate transactions across North America.

Outside of work Zach is happily married with a daughter and two dogs. His family spends their time golfing, fishing and hunting, bowling, cooking and home improvement projects.
