Deven is a Senior Vice President for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her team is one of a few designated "hub" centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers.
Deven and her team provide strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations, with a total portfolio advisory responsibility of 75 million square feet in more than 60 countries. On average, Deven’s team successfully completes over 150 transactions annually, with a 13-to-1 value-to-fee ratio.
Deven is responsible for managing the service programs for several clients, with combined portfolios comprised of over 775 properties and 18 million square feet globally. Deven provides portfolio strategy advice across various singular or portfolio opportunities, champions new real estate or client-driven initiatives, and drives the centralized real estate process with accountability for outcomes aligned with target objectives.

The team is an early adopter of new technologies and several of the team’s leaders are Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
