Nick joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield where he served clients in the retail sector for nearly 5 years. Nick has been with CBRE for over a year now and his extensive commercial real estate experience includes leading projects from the very beginning stages (site selection and due diligence) through lease execution as well as the entitlements process – both on the corporate and franchise level. Nick most recently held the role of Transaction Manager for Citizens Bank and previously served as a Transaction Specialist for Dogtopia, an industry-leading dog daycare and boarding facility. In these roles, Nick managed transactions in multiple regions throughout the country to perform renewals, new locations, consolidations, and the purchase/sales of buildings for Citizens Bank. Nick also managed transactions for multi- and single-unit franchisees at Dogtopia and helped with account reporting and constant client communication with executives, management, and development contacts. Nick currently works as a Transaction Manager on the GWS A&T Accounts Team with an industrial client across the nation on managing their entire portfolio (renewals, relocations, buyouts, etc.) while providing account reporting and client communication directly to executives on the client side. Nick was also responsible for revenue tracking and reporting in all roles.
