Laura joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield where she has served clients in the retail, industrial, medical and lending sectors for the past 6 years. Her extensive commercial real estate experience includes leading projects from site selection through lease execution as well as the entitlements process - both on the corporate and franchise level. She most recently held the role of Transaction Manager for Boeing and previously served as the Transaction Manager for Dogtopia, an industry-leading dog daycare and boarding facility. In this role, Laura managed transactions for multi- and single-unit franchisees, account reporting and constant client communication with executives, management and development contacts. Laura was also responsible for account revenue tracking and reporting.
