Kelly is a Transaction Manager for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers.

Prior to this role, Kelly honed her expertise in the commercial real estate sector as a Broker Associate in Colorado, where she provided strategic advice to clients, facilitated sale and lease transactions, and built strong relationships with developers and investors. As a Transaction Manager there, Kelly oversaw sales transactions from initiation to completion, enhancing procedural efficiency and ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders. Most recently Kelly worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a Transaction Manager on one of their largest Global Occupier Service Account.
