Andrew Decker is an Associate on CBRE's Southeast Multifamily sales team, focused on the valuation and execution of private client multifamily transactions across the Raleigh-Durham region and Eastern North Carolina. He collaborates with the broader Carolinas team to advise clients on asset positioning, pricing, and marketing strategy, while providing actionable, market-driven insights.
Since joining CBRE in April 2024, Andrew has been actively involved in sourcing and executing transactions across a range of core and value-add multifamily opportunities. He is engaged throughout the transaction process, from initial underwriting and market positioning through investor outreach and closing.
