Jack is a Transaction Specialist for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. His team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers. Jack and his team provide strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations, with total portfolio advisory responsibility across 75 million square feet in more than 60 countries.
Jack joined CBRE in 2021 as a Field Research Analyst on the Denver Research team where he served two years playing a role tracking and examining the local Industrial and Retail markets. This experience has equipped Jack with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry and market trends. As a Transaction Specialist, Jack strategically leverages his previous experience and unique perspective to provide exceptional services and insights to clients.
