The team is comprised of a deep and diverse group of professionals who specialize in driving progressive corporate portfolio optimization and real estate transaction management programs. The team maintains total outcome accountability—from up-front savings diagnostic scope through downstream strategy implementation—with performance governed by transparent KPI results at the individual transaction level as well as with portfolio and annual spend run rate controls.
The team is a trusted partner to companies in a wide spectrum of industries and maintains a value-to-fee ratio of 14-to-1 across all client accounts. The team is responsible for over $1B in client occupancy spend—and manages ongoing optimization initiatives including the full array of real estate transactions including property acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks, build-to-suits and alternative financing structures—across 75 million square feet in more than 60 countries.
The team is an early adopter of new technologies and several of the team’s leaders are Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. These two key elements, combined with the quality and experience of the team’s professionals contribute to the exceptional outcomes delivered for their clients.
